and we will by return send you out a replacement. This will be a free of charge replacement if the item was damaged prior to delivery. Any wear and tear or misuse is not covered under our returns policy. If you are in any doubt please email us with your questions prior to purchase.

As a precaution to Credit card fraud we can only send orders to the address to which the credit card is registered. We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa*, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB and American Express. *We do not accept Visa Electron for Mail order/On-line purchases. We also accept cheques for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear) before orders are sent out.

All prices include VAT for your convenience. Once the order has been placed delivery will take no more than 3 working days.

All orders are sent next day delivery.

Pro Audio Stash endeavors to dispatch all orders the same day they are placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as purchased, return it for a refund. If you have the original receipt, Pro audio stash will refund the item based on the original form of payment. Returns must also be received within 14 days of purchase. If the goods have been delivered in good working order Pro Audio Stash Ltd reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking for the return of the item.

Without receipt a Pro Audio Stash credit note will be issued for the current price of the item. Pro Audio Stash can limit the number of returns without receipt. Pro Audio Stash reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange. Customers will be charged for the cost of postage in the exchange of goods. Cost of postage is determined by the weight of the goods.

If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. We will also let you know when the item should be coming into stock and give you details of other similar products that are in stock at present. As all payment for orders are not taken until the product is shipped out if you wish not to wait for the item to come back in stock it is easy to cancel the order with no hassles regarding refunds etc.
