RMA Number Request Form
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as purchased, Pro Audio Stash will refund the item based on the original form of payment. All customers MUST request an RMA number using the RMA request form (Return Material Authorization) before attempting to send goods back. The RMA number must be displayed clearly on the box/goods before it is sent or collected.

In the case of goods being returned due to arriving damaged or faulty then Pro Audio Stash will arrange free collection and replacement/repair of the damaged or faulty goods. Pro Audio Stash is not held responsible for the cost of returning and replacing goods if they are not damaged or faulty.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the RMA number being issued. If the goods have been delivered in good working order Pro Audio Stash reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking for the return of the item.
Without receipt a Pro Audio Stash credit note will be issued for the current price of the item. Pro Audio Stash can limit the number of returns without receipt. Pro Audio Stash reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange.
