Flat Pack Rack Enclosure Instructions

| 1. Check your 19" rack system has all the required components:
|

| 2. Attach the rack enclosure side wall to the bottom plate using the Alan Key, screws, nuts and washers.
You can identify the bottom plate by the pre drilled holes required for castors. Each rack side should have 4 screws attached to the bottom plate. When complete repeat the process for the other rack side panel. |

| 3. Attach the top of the rack unit to the 2 side walls.
Use the same method of attaching the top unit, as used for attaching the bottom to the side walls. |

| 4. You now have a complete rack enclosure ready to use! (its that simple)
Tips & Hints: Use a set of pliers to hold the nuts tight when you tighten the screws. Below you can see an example of our 19" rack enclosures and the accessories you can purchase for them. |
